Event Details

On Saturday, April 6, 2019, we will celebrate our 5th annual Breath of Hope Celebration, at L Brands World Headquarters. We have much to celebrate and medical advances to share. Our goal is to raise $400,000 which will directly support lung cancer research at the OSUCCC - James, bringing Breath of Hope’s cumulative giving to $1M donation level. With many developments on the horizon, we need your support to raise awareness and funds to keep this research moving forward.

We look forward to talking with you about becoming a sponsor of Breath of Hope in 2019. With your help, we can #blowlungcanceraway. Both Breath of Hope and the OSUCCC - James are extremely grateful for your contributions and involvement. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Please visit our Sponsorship Opportunities page to learn more about how you/your company can make a greater impact at the 2019 event. 2019 Keynote Speaker: Bonnie J. Addario

Over a decade ago, Bonnie J. Addario received some surprising news: she was diagnosed with stage 3B lung cancer. Since then, she has stepped in the roles of a fighter, a survivor, and now an activist, advocate, and educator. Much like Breath of Hope, Ms. Addario recognizes the need for support, education, and engagement between the public and the teams that make lung cancer research and support possible. In 2006, Ms. Addario helped create the Addario Lung Cancer Foundation: a patient-founded, patient-focused, and patient-driven philanthropic group dedicated towards a common goal of ending lung cancer through work with industry experts, patients, and survivors and their families. As a speaker, she comes from a place of great personal passion, and we are looking forward to hearing her words of wisdom and encouragement at our 2019 Celebration.

Unable to attend but still want to give? Please consider donating to the 2019 Fund the Need of Minds and Machines. Donations will help fund senior researchers and equipment needed to advance lung cancer research, increasing survivorship. Open your heart and give the Breath of Hope.
